In March, 2007 we met with a real estate agent about putting our house on the market. At that time the agent did a walk through and made many suggestions on things that could be done to help sell my house. The list contained items including replacing exterior damaged wood, repairing exterior doors, repairing and replacing exterior lattice, replacing and painting interior wood panels, painting, replacing linoleum floor in kitchen with hardwood, replacing 4 bathroom floors, painting entire interior of house, and so on. We talked with Dino about not only doing the jobs but also getting them done in a timely manner. He gave us a precise estimate with a timeline for completion. He not only got the job done prior to his completion date, but also made it possible for us to sell our home (before it even went on the market in April, 2007!). Bravo… The story continues… In May, 2007 we moved into a ‘new’ 1925 home. We had so many projects that needed to be done in order to comfortably live here, including painting the basement, re-constructing/enlarging a bathroom and more. Of course the only person we even called was Dino, who once again came to the rescue with flying colors! Dino is a very friendly, honest, professional person who doesn’t rush through a job to get paid, but instead takes all the time required to do an excellent job. He is meticulous about his work, and throughout the various stages of his job he leaves your home each day as neat and tidy as it was before he arrived.
